A Guide for Prospective Vendors

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about White Clover.

01

Welcome

If you're reading this, there's a good chance you've built something you're proud of. Whether you've been in business for years or are just getting started, we appreciate you considering White Clover as a place to share your work.

This guide is meant to introduce you to who we are, what we value, and what you can expect if you become part of our marketplace.

Before we talk about vendor spaces or applications, we'd like to tell you a little about why White Clover exists.

02

Our Story

Shopping is about much more than buying something.

White Clover began with some of my favorite memories.

I love going to markets with my family, we walk from booth to booth, spending quality time together excited to see what were going to find that day excited that there is something for everyone. Those trips taught me that shopping is about much more than buying something. It can be about spending time with the people you love, discovering something unexpected, and supporting someone who cared enough to create something special.

The name White Clover comes from my family. My grandmother, Honey, my mom, and I have always found four-leaf clovers together. Its something special we share between us. When I learned that four-leaf clovers grow in white clover fields, the name felt like it was meant to be.

For me, White Clover is a reminder that some of life's best moments are found when we slow down long enough to appreciate them.

04

Why Flowers Matter

Flowers have always been part of my story too.

When I was growing up, my dad would stop on the side of the road to pick wildflowers for my mom and me. They weren't expensive bouquets, but they made us feel special because he took the time to make us feel special. Those moments shaped me.

Today, through Flower Girl Studio, I have the opportunity to help other people create those same feelings for the people they care about. Bringing Flower Girl Studio and White Clover together felt natural because they share the same purpose: helping people celebrate one another through thoughtful gifts and meaningful moments.

05

Our Mission

Thoughtfulness creates the moments we remember most.

White Clover exists to help people celebrate one another through thoughtfully curated products, meaningful experiences, and the creativity of local makers.

We're creating more than a place to shop.

We're creating a place where people enjoy discovering something new, supporting small businesses, and finding meaningful gifts for the people they love.

06

What Makes White Clover Different?

White Clover is a curated marketplace. That means we don't simply fill available space. Every business is chosen because we believe it contributes to the overall experience we're creating.

We want customers to discover a variety of products, styles, and businesses while still feeling like everything belongs together. That balance is what makes a curated marketplace different from a traditional vendor mall.

07

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for businesses that care about their work, communicate well, take pride in their displays, and want to continue growing and improving.

You don't have to be the biggest business. You don't have to have years of experience. You simply need to care about what you do and be excited about being part of a thoughtfully curated marketplace.

08

How We Choose Vendors

Every application is reviewed individually. When we review a business, we ask ourselves five questions.

  • Does it contribute to the experience we're creating?
  • Does it add something different?
  • Would we proudly display it at White Clover?
  • Does it complement the marketplace?

If the answer is yes, there's a good chance we'll be excited to continue the conversation.

09

What You Can Expect

If you become a White Clover vendor, you can expect:

  • A professional checkout experience for every customer.
  • Accurate monthly sales reporting.
  • Monthly vendor payouts.
  • Honest communication.
  • Opportunities to be featured through Vendor Spotlights and Meet the Maker promotions.
  • A clean, welcoming marketplace that is thoughtfully maintained.
  • A business owner who genuinely wants to see your business succeed.

We believe the best vendor relationships are built on trust, communication, and consistency.

10

Display Opportunities

Every business is different, and every display should support the products being offered.

White Clover offers a variety of display options, including shelf displays, jewelry displays, clothing racks, wall displays, and other specialty spaces.

Rather than assigning spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, we match each business with the display that best supports both their products and the overall marketplace.

A Letter from Ria

Thank you for taking the time to read through this guide.

Starting White Clover has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I'm incredibly excited to finally bring it to life. My hope is that White Clover becomes a place where people enjoy slowing down, discovering something they didn't expect, and supporting talented small businesses. I also hope it is a place where vendors feel genuinely valued. I know how much work goes into building a small business because I've experienced it myself. I know the long days, the markets, the late nights, and the excitement that comes with seeing someone appreciate something you've created. That's why I want White Clover to be more than just another place to sell products. I want it to be a place where businesses grow, relationships are built, and customers return because they love the experience as much as the products.

Whether White Clover becomes part of your journey or not, thank you for considering us. I truly appreciate the time you've taken to learn about what we're building. Thank You for considering White Clover. We look forward to learning more about you and your business.

With love and gratitude,

Ria
