This month's pickup (shown on your page)

How this works
When someone sends a request
- It shows up in New (the number on the tab is how many are waiting).
- Read it, then tap Accept to set the price, or Say no.
- When you accept, pick how they pay: email them a payment link (they pay by card online) or they pay you in person. Either way they get an email from you.
- It then moves to its own tab: Flower Club, Businesses, or Orders.
Weddings and events are different: you work those out by email. Tap Email them, and once they book, tap Mark as booked.
What the buttons mean
- Accept
- Say yes and set the price. You choose how they pay next.
- Say no
- Turn the request down. It stays in your list, marked "You said no".
- Email them
- Opens a new email to that person.
- Mark picked up
- A Flower Club member got this month's flowers. Tap again to undo.
- Pause flowers
- Stops their flowers (and card charges) until you start them again. Good for vacations.
- Start flowers again
- Turns a paused member or business back on.
- End membership
- Stops it for good. Their card is not charged again.
- Picked up (orders)
- A one-time order is finished. It moves to Done.
- Mark as booked
- A wedding or event said yes.
- Remove from list
- Deletes it completely, like a test or spam. This cannot be undone.
Anything that cannot be undone asks you to tap twice.
